C64 palette question
If I'm not mistaken, the 16 colour mode in Deluxe Paint 4 shows the main C64 palette. Could these colours easily be changed on the C64 or was it only possible with coding and hacking?

if you use a pc you can use this plugin in photoshop http://www.editorix.org/congo/html/congo_plugins.html to play with a c64 palette
