I want to contribute but.......

I don`t have a scanner! I have been using by digi camera to catalog my game boxes, I don`t know if the images will be any good to you. Check below for some samples. If you want them, where do I put them?

Are these images any good to you? Have`nt seen any of them appear on the site yet. I have a bunch of other boxes that I am yet to upload, should I continue?

Sorry, that came across all wrong, I did`nt want to imply that my images are all important and should be added right away! Just wanted to check that they were of use to you and save your bandwidth/hd space from more useless crap.

Hi there,

I could contribute a few pics for the HOL. Mostly german Versions of boxes, manuals, discs etc. But I have two questions:
1. What's the resolution of the images? 72dpi?
2. What's the required size of the images?
  • Box-Scans: 640x???
  • Manual-Scans and other items: 640x???
  • Disc-Scans: 320x???
??? = depends on image
Is this correct?

It is no prob for me to upload the images in the correct resolution/size so you'll have less work getting them online...

Thanks!

And the resolution? 72dpi is the normal resolution for web-pics.
But Photoshop told me that the HOL-images (I did check two boxscans) have a resolution of 31 dpcm That's a strange resolution

Edit:
What is a "Double Barrel Screenshot"? Sorry, but I don't know this expression...

A Double Barrel Screenshot (DBS) is the HOL name for the 640x256 screenshot that is at the top of each HOL entry. The left side of a DBS is a titlescreen and the right side is a gameplay screen.
