CDTV-CR Extended ROM v3.44
Anyone know the difference between the two versions of this rom? Real alternative or bad dump?
The version referenced by Toni Wilen ( https://cloanto.com/amiga/roms/ ) CRC32 0B7BD64F SHA1 3B160C5ABE79F10AE69243328004BB9E3162B648 And this other version by Bo Zimmerman CRC32 A5FC6A36 SHA1 6D478C65E03DA540E6A4CA06F4ACD10A1838D3C6 |

They seem to have normal KS-like checksum.
Only mostly supported version is 3.44, CDTV-CR has one major difference when compared to any other Amiga model: it also has microcontroller (4510) which executes code located in 32k ROM (separate from extended ROM). m68k code (In extended ROM) and 4510 code has shared address space and 4510 addresses seem to change every few versions. Full support with all ROMs is only possible when 4510 is fully emulated (and all matching 4510 ROMs are also dumped). It won't happen very soon. |

There are at least the following versions: 3.32, 3.34, 3.40, 3.41, 3.44. Though not all have been dumped or only privately. Interestingly 3.40 displays as 3.3 on the boot screen. This happens with x.y0 version numbers (y > 0), it shows as x.(y-1).
There are probably fewer dumps of the 4510 ROMs than extended ROM dumps. |

Extended ROM + 4510 dump pairs are also required. It would be really annoying to debug something and finally found out that the reason for problem was non-matched ROMs..
