I means there's loads I could add, but currently don't have the time:
... Ghosts 'N Goblins ... Indy Heat ... Ivan ''Ironman'' Stewart's Super Off Road ... Pang ... Panza Kick Boxing ... Midnight Resistance ... Rod-Land ... Space Harrier: Return To The Fantasy Zone |

This is giving me chance to play stuff I otherwise wouldn't. It's odd how I've got hundreds of games on HDD, most un-played. But as soon as I go to the trouble of putting it on disk I do. |

Yes, it's all off POUET. And for games, i'm breaking apart other compilations and ditching the games I don't like. It's a shame no one has managed some sort of disk with a smaller OFS partition that will bootstrap a disk-spare device on the rest of the disk. I'm going to look into further compression, I know cranker and shrinkler are a lot more modern than some of the old cruncher's. |

You can also download CyberWolf demo by Britelite here:
http://www.indieretronews.com/2019/0...iga-first.html It's insane what that guy managed to pull of on standard Amiga 500 512+512 memory. Very, very smooth. |

Thanks for the link dude, I've been looking for that. Now if Dread had a demo, I'd be golden. I was thinking about Legend of Valour as well, but I've never ran that on an A500. |

I think Legends of Valour is much slower, but still faster then, let's say Cytadela.
I personaly also liked DeadMask, even the movement is limited to 90 degree, the gameplay was fun, and fast paced. Yeah, we all wait for Dread. ![]() Although, I really hope Britelite continue his awesome work on CyberWolf, because the speed is astonishing. Too bad, you don't have some sort of HD for A500, because if you do, you could show something like this: [ Show youtube player ] I recorded this on my A500 with Aca 500+. My girlfriend was amazed when she saw what hardware from '85 could do. Well, a little bit updated hardware (with fast CF card), but still.... we are talking about 68000 processor, and ham mode. ![]() |

Back in the day, 50 disks was my usual purchase and they would of been filled with whatever came out that week at the computer club. Nowerdays though If i was using just an a500, I would probably just go for a lot of single disk games or find some compilation disks.

Sadly my Chromebook is now refusing to save to my Compact flash, so a lot of today's noodling about is on hold until I can find the problem. God I hate chromebooks.... |
