A500: HxC as external DF0 drive
Hey guys,
I need a little help with my A500 setup. - I've gutted an external floppy drive and put in an HxC SD emulator. - I've installed an alfa data boot selector so I can switch the external drive to DF0. - the HxC is set to handle drive A and B via the jumpers. - Autoboot.hfe boots up fine, but I can't get any actual game HFE to load. - The HxC emulator works fine when I replace the actual internal floppy, but no luck when plugged in externally. - When I remove the drive b jumper, the HxC doesn't even load the autoboot.hfe externally. This makes me think that the boot selector maybe isn't doing its job. Anyone been through this process? Would love some help! Thanks, H |

Solved it. Set the hxc jumper to id1a and it all works fine.
