Can I use the mapping key as the number key?

Is there a way to change fsuae keyboard mapping to number key?
I would appreciate it if you could explain it in detail.

I can appreciate the language barrier, but you need to explain things better =)

For example... "I want to map the H key to the 8 key on the keyboard (not numpad)"

I want to use it as a number key, not an arrow key.Top 8, bottom 2, left 4, right 6, etc...

There's a game called Nicky 2, and if you use the arrow keys, something weird happens when the character moves. So I want to proceed with the number key.

Note: stop creating new posts (double posts) on this issue ... it doesn't help and you shouldn't do it ; stick to this thread....

You want to map keyboard w,a,s,d to numpad kp8, kp4, kp2, kp6 ...?

It also depends on whether you're on Mac on not (I think)

Well, someone else more familiar with fs-uae might be able to help you here, but I have to admit the fs-uae document pages are fairly replete, and the information you need is there ~ caveat: it helps if you can read/understand English =)

Unfortunately, that's not the case here...but I ?think? what you are saying is that you want to remap the cursor (arrow) keys to the numpad arrow keys (2,4,6,8)...??

As said, to achieve that may differ between PC & Mac (you haven't told us what system you're using), but I think that's probably more achievable by mapping cursor keys to joystick actions (seeing as you're apparently not using a gamepad/joystick) ...at least, that's how I'd do it in amiberry...

...I should point out there's 2 whdload versions of Nicky2 ; if you think you've found a bug on one version, try the other... 8)
