What is Oxypatcher?

I remember buying this a long time ago along with my 040 years ago. It was just a single disk and I remember if I booted the disk it seemed to have a similar affect to ReloKick in that it seems to stay resident and makes weird colours every time I restart.

I have tried googling about it, but I can't actually finds anything that actually says what it does and what use it actually is.

Any ideas?

It patches the missing instructions in the 040 and 060, replacing emulation functions in the 68040/68060 libraries with more efficient versions. Thus, the processor effectively runs a bit faster.

Problem is I can't find the damn disk now (it's in a crate of games I have, problem is I can't find the crate either).

Which of the 3 patches on that page do you recommend most?
