Well, then. I'll check if an A500 case solves the space issue for the SIMM, and if not I'll just do your mod and use a lovely A500 keyboard with springs... \o/

I should add that my A1200 keyboard is not the new model square-ish keys without spring at all, but seems to have the exact same mech as A500 keyboards from 1991 or so (green caps lock led, not red).

So if you have a trusty old A500 with missing keys, missing springs or the snap-on plastic bit inside keycaps broken off, you could have a nice white keyboard that looks as it should by swapping keycaps.

Wonder if the ones they sell on AmigaKit is the spring model? So to speak :P
