What does this Amiga graphic expansion do?

I don't think that's for an Amiga. Mindset made PC's in the old days. It's probably for one of those.

Looks like a graphic tablet which allows you to draw freehand, if I'm not mistaken. Should work on Amiga provided you can find the driver software.

Looks like it has a couple of 5 1/4 floppy drives in it... (?)
