"Report Error" link?
While poking about in HOL it struck me that it would be much easier to report errors and submit revisions if each game had a "report error" link on its main page. You could even implement a moderation system where the admin(s) would only have to click "yes" to add submitted revisions into the database without having to re-type them.
Just a thought
