Grimblood was released in 1990.
\\UPDATE I forgot to mention that the programmer for Grimblood (Mike Singleton) went on to work on the games Lord of Chaos, Midwinter 1 & 2, Ashes of Empire, and Starlord. For you fact fans... Last edited by Twistin'Ghost; 15 November 2001 at 14:28. |

Starlord
Didn't know the great Mike Singleton had an hand in Starlord twisty! Shame on him! It seemed a bit of a mess on the amiga version, not sure if the pc version was any better.

Number for is driving me CRAZY!
I know number four. I have number four in my possesion. This is a stinking horizontal scrolling platform game by Dinamic in 1993 and is written by people with Dutch names. It starts in a forest with too many brown colors, then a castle and ends somewhere on the Northpole. The Game-over screen is beautiful drawn and bounces its way all over the screen but it has nothing to do with the actual game. I have made it only to level 2 because the sprites and traps are corrupt in this level. The only problem is... I don't know the name of this game anymore! It is called... Turi's Revenge! No, Sword quest.. errr.. I don't know it! Aaargh!

Come in number 6
Since no-one else is participating in this funny gamesquiz I'll do another guess. I think number 6 is taken from Denton Design's Wreckers. Do I win a prize?

Can number 5 be Perihelion? It probably is not, that doesn't fit your tastes does it? The gameplay was not good etc.

Wait!!!
I recognise that Number 4 game from somewhere!!! I haven't played it, but I remember reading (short) reviews on it in several Amiga magazines!
Dammit, where's my AP48??!!! It had a mini-review on it and it should have the title... I gotta try and find it... |

Well ............. Number 5 is VERY tough.
Well it looks like it's some sort of adventure ... maybe Cruise for a Corpse? The story takes place on board a ship which is obviously made of wood |

I refuse to believe that the Number 5 game is even an Amiga game. The graphics look like something for another machine!
Is this a trick question, Cody? |

Can number 5 be from Elvira the arcade game? or some gfx from beast series? Maybe Lure of the Temptress.
I don't believe any of these. It looks quite different, like part of a box scan |

Sjeez, the Cody & Walker quiz goes on and on.
Here is my guess.. First I thought Number 5 was taken from an overhead racing game like ATR but now I think it is from Ambermoon B.T.W. where is my color-radio? |

Okay - number 4 was Rackney's Island. Number 5 was Alien Breed 3D (the titlescreen).
Here is number 7: |
