Another TOSEC release available!

Its just to inform you, unfortunately, this time no updates for Amiga sections because of chronic laziness!

I found an (old) error in Tomse's datfile : Commodore Amiga - CD - Coverdiscs - [ISO] (TOSEC-v2017-10-23)
