I'm sure going to back the key caps campaign.
But I missed out on the case campaign. Can I still purchase a case in the future or is this a limited run for backers only? |

Sorry missed that one. I submitted an alert on their site so I get notified. Looking for an original colored white one, not a black one.

Also missed this campaign and look forward to getting one after the Kickstarter. Unfortunately, it seems that there's no "dark green" option, so I'll probably settle with the classic white.
Curiously enough, only some of my keys have yellowed while others remain white... Still, the keycaps (Scandinavian) sound very attractive as well. |

everyone who wants black keys on his amiga should check this:
http://www.a1k.org/forum/showthread.php?t=56362 I'va created a Keyboard Layout which can be printed in UV-Print mechanism which prints also white color. I printed this on Decal Paper an applied it on sprayed keys. The result can be seen in the link and also in the video below the linked post. |

Campaign Update - Mass production is around the corner
Last update:
This is it: Manufactured Case No.1 & No.2! YEAH! Many Thanks to all of you for your patience. Mass production is around the corner while we proceed to last verification using a couple cases produced using the new A1200 case molds. Whatever some people may have said, we made it. The new molds are here and this is a total of 6 Tons of steel with the name AMIGA on it! Remember these are new Official Amiga 1200 cases licensed by Amiga Inc. And because of you my friends, this happened for real Now regarding compatible Keycaps: The new campaign will be launched when cases mass production starts. And this is very near now. 7 to 10 days or so. Campaign will last 60 days. Backers will receive their cases way before the keycaps campaign ends of course. Stay tuned for some more update very (VERY!) soon. |

You get used to everything. As a kid I didn't mind my UK keyboard A500, but now as I'm older and produce more text in my native language, I appreciate single keystroke access to äö more than quick {[]}.
Also, in an Amiga the {[]}|\<> is easy compared to a PC with the SE/FI keymap. |
