PAL/NTSC Switch for Amiga 500+

I have a PAL Amiga 500+. Is it possible to add a PAL/NTSC Switch to a Amiga 500+? I know the Rev 6 motherboard on a Amiga 500 has a Jumper on it. JP4. Does the a Amiga 500+ have a similar jumper on it? Do I have to take the Agnus chip out and bend pin 41 out and connect a wire to it and ground? Will this allow the Amiga 500+ to be PAL/NTSC?

Unfortunately not, the 2MB Agnus is not hardware switchable. You can run degrader or similar to switch it in software.
