Reviving my BlizzardPPC help

This card was working 12 years ago after my A1200 blew up.

I gave it to a friend and he overclocked the card and told me that the card stopped working.

It will be fixed... I did not dare plugging it to my A1200.

Here are some pictures. What do you think the problem is?

i cant really tell from the picture but....it looks like the oscillator shorted and may of took out one of the cpu's.

its better if you as stachu100 as he converts cpu cards all the time.

What makes you think this? The weird stuff around the oscillator solder pins is just smd flux residue. It's 100% normal after some soldering work, and it's not conductive/damaging AFAIK.

I'd try to solder a non-overclock-making oscillator to the pin holes, and trash that dumb "wire linked overdclock" oscillator.

hi 8bitbubsy,im not looking at the flux,im looking at the wires connecting the oscillator to the card.have a look.
