Hmm, I have no idea of what's an easel, but I'l try to help you.

In the weightlift training stage, you need to waglle your joystick left and right, if memory is right.

In the jump rope training, if I remember well, you have to press the button as fast as possible.

And in the reflex stage, you need to kick the right target. UP kicks the top target, LEFT or RIGHT kick the middle target and DOWN kick the bottom target. It's hard to get it right, and when your reflex is already at a high rate, it get's even harder. Sometimes it's better to just try to guess what target will come.

It was a long ago the last time I played this great game, but if my memory is correct, that's how you get on training.

hehe

Hmm.. try to waggle left and right, and when the he gives the first "push" in the weight, try push up as fast as you can. (i.e., push UP many times)

Or was this the weightlifting event of World Games? Damn, I am mixing everything..

To be honest, you can finish this game without training at all, as your skill advances when you beat someone. You can keep fighting against weaker opponents 'til you face Panza.

I took sometime to beat Panza, I have to admit

Anyway, back to training

I am nearly sure what I said was the right thing .. waggle left and right , and when he makes the first move, waggle just UP! ONLY UP!

I'm hitting this issue as well. The manual states to move the joystick in all directions for strength training, but that doesn't work.

It seems like when the up direction is pushed, the weights do go up a mm.
