x86 VS 64-bit?

Are there any speed benefits of running the 64-bit version over the x86 version of WinUAE?

On the flip side, if they are both equal, are there any downfalls to running the 64-bit version?

Only major difference: larger process address space = more Z3 RAM available. (Up to about 2G)
