Question Floppy emulators and IPF file format

To date is there any floppy disk drive substitute (such as the HxC or Gotek) which is both fully compatible with the IPF file format and capable of reading IPF files from a flash memory device?

As far as the HxC Floppy Emulator is concerned, and according to hxc2001.com, only the USB version is fully compatible with the IPF format, but in addition to the Amiga this version must be connected via USB to another computer for file supplying.

Thank you again for any help!
