Floppy disk Reality: The Ultimate Software Construction Kit

Many moons ago I ordered this package from the developers. Years later I converted the disks to .adf format.

I've read that some of you have been having problems finding certain disks from this package. I have the following disks available...

Adventure disk
Art disk
Education disk
Master disk (The program)
ShootEmUp disk
Sound disk

Are any of those disks missing from your Reality collection, or do you have them all now?

I also have the printed docs that came with the package. Hopefully I'll be able to scan them sometime.

I made a game with this myself when it came out, called: All Canned Up! (I put it in the zone not so long ago)

I picked up this issue for £1 two years ago.

Yes, I would really appreciate ADFs of all these disks and scans of all the dox.

I'll up it all to the zone. As for the docs, there's not much I can do until I get a scanner, I'm afraid.

I may have asked this before, in the distant past, but in that issue of CU Amiga there's an advert for (I think) an upgrade for Reality (v2.0?) and maybe extra skeleton/art disks? Out of curiosity does anyone have these, or do they even exist?

Was Reality a commercial program (not freeware)?
I mean: before being later included as a coverdisk...

I have an original copy of this that was purchased from the authors through the magazine advertisement. They only sent a few of the skeleton disks, and informed us that the rest of the skeleton disks cost extra. Then it came out on CU Amiga Magazine with the same skeleton disks, but you still had to order the extra skeleton disks (for beat em up, platform, racing and other game types).

I wonder if anyone in the world was ever able to get the rest of these skeleton disks? The program just doesn't feel like a complete installation without being able to do all the things the magazine advertisement promised.

Did you ever make anything with the Reality Kit?
Id also like to see the other skeleton - id like to check out the other Dizzy Clones
Brian Bells Computers were stolen and this put an end to the Mr AMOS club and probably Reality

No, I checked it out but got distracted by Backbone which just had a waaaay better interface. I'd like to try it some day, and especially get the whole package installed.

Was this the same kit that produced the likes of Charlie Chimp, Seemore Doolittle and Wrath of Gwendor? I seem to recall an official compilation of Reality titles was made available around the same time through mail order, alas I didn't buy it back then. Would be nice to know if anyone had it and could ADF the whole set.

Yeah, that's right it was the kit used to make those games. I read about them in Amiga magazines, and although they seemed a little generic I would love to have and play them, especially that Wrath of Gwendor game, it reminds me a bit of Torvak the Warrior.

Didn't a lot of those games end up on magazine coverdisks anyway?
