I've been known to make use of deadlines to the max.
Gotto go, no time. |

I reckon you live in the Dr Who Tardis, outside all the rules of time and nature apply to us but inside the laws of time and such mean nothing Seriously, good luck, glad to see it's still on the go as I was starting to think it was sidelined. |

Now the deadline has been and gone.. is there any news on this frontend? I ask as I was thinking how much I enjoy the relative simplicity of Offlinelist. I don't need to have twenty copies of an Amiga game listed, just ONE that works!
BUT I'd like a multi system database. And I like OLL downloading updated dat files automatically from the net. So perhaps if this came with some DAT file conversion utils it would help people convert their other tools over to this (ie replace their Gamebase, OLL, other renaming/managing tools). So.. whats happening then? |

Well the topic in the #MAGE channel is...
'eLowar missing: Presumed kidnapped by Aliens and gangprobed | Update: eLowar has been sighted and is presumed to have alien anal implants However we have recently had contact (possibly they implanted a radio in his butt as well) where he said he should be back next week, hopefully eLowar will be able to explain more then. |

I guess there is a helluva committment if you REALLY want to do these things. I can see the amount of work GamebaseST team put in to theirs. It seems like Lemonade has stopped (has it) and there isnt really an Active Amiga equiavlent... oh well...

Work on MAGE has not stopped, it's just slowed down for the moment, I'm sure we'll see something from him soon but I doubt there will be anything major until next year.
I'm still working on GameBase Amiga and there will be a release near Christmas (which will be it's 1 year birthday). |
