Any racing games with gamepad support?
Hi guys,
Are there any Amiga games which have gamepad support? What I mean by this is, are there any Amiga racing games which you can use a button to accelerate and another to brake? Using d-pad up and d-pad down to accelerate/ brake is really doing my nut in! |

You can do that in all Lotus games although you still have to pull down on the stick/d-pad to brake (this is a bit more bearable than up to accelerate though as you don't need to do it nearly as much).
Up to accelerate is, quite possibly, THE WORST IDEA IN THE HISTORY OF THE ENTIRE WORLD, EVER. I'm pretty sure Crazy Cars 3/Lamborghini American Challenge use fire to accelerate also, and, er, several others that I can't think of right now. |

The Roadkill disk version supports a CD32 controller. Accelerate with the red button.

I guess the most Amiga overhead racer supports accelerate with the button, e.g. Nitro, ATR, Super Cars, Turbo Trax etc.

Just wire up to the "B" button to "up" and you can accelerate with a button. Wire it through a switch if you want to disable it.
