an update guys....

It's now almost complete, i need however the text from the back of the box typing up (the french/german etc) so I can include it and also a high res scan of the logo off an advert or something so I can finish the spine..

Any other thoughts/idea's on this?

@bippym
it's nice box art... but what wrong with the origional box? Is that box set up to hold the 3 3.5 disk's or is this just a 3d art piece. Again it's a nice box.

@ironclaw.
right.... brilliant.

Can the text on the back on the back really be read when it's printed?

Picture 2 or 3 on the back should be with the owl's wings down.... looks too repetive right now... like the bird doesn't have that much of animations.... Have as much difference as possible in the pics.... biggest thing to fix would be the wings being up in one of them... then for further quality goodness, take a screenshot in pic 3 when it shoots.... showing you can shoot in the game.. pictures should show what the game has to offer.... right now it's wings up in all of them, and the own doesn't shoot in any of the pics.

Hey!

Take a look at this Lightscribed Agony Disk, based on Bippym´s design.
It looks fantastic

My dear PPC power friend,

GCA was innitially formed to give CD32 jewel case games a cover and a back wich most were sorely lacking, from this AmigaCD games also had either poor or no coveres to the jewel case.

So a group of us got together under the battle call from TheBoss (sorry watched 300 recently) and completed what was missing, Now we as a team are looking at developing Game Covers for new and replacing old nasty ones.

GCA is an easy thing to get into and you dont have to be a great artist to achieve good work (look at my covers for one LOL). It is atleast my hope that GCA will rally those that have an interest in graphics and thus inspire both creativity in other projects as well assist other projects such like Amiga Games Factory AGF in the future, as well as provide a possible new covers for Amiga Games: That werent as well as Compilation requests, such like Turrican Anthology, Beast series etc. infact the imagination is the limmit

We have a requests section and if you wish you can request a new covers for exising and or non-existing game covers, even if you have made your own games compilation, you can also request a cover for it.

We are looking at building a 10 - 20 title list, to complete the subsequent month, thats the theory any way

I hope this gives you an idea as to what the GCA is all about, and maybe you might want to get involved to

Looks good. The only thing I don't like is the new (AI) Amiga logo on the spine. I much prefer the classic (Commodore) Amiga italics plus it fits the era better.
