Is there a CDXL player that can jump to a particular part of a CDXL video from command line?

Be Started, Stopped, Controlled etc from Command line?

Also how is does the following video have a TV/Picture Border around the playing CDXL video?

Background is simple, just write

cdgsxl your.cdxl BACK your.iff ...

The other thing I wouldn't know but you could go through CD32developers kit.
I remember they were mentioning some AREXX support and some Xlmsg which demonstrates how to communicate with cdgsxl through exec Messages and Message Ports.
