Have you found proper scheme? On ebay they are selling cm8833-2 scart adapters which does exactly this, i think without extra components. But scheme would be extra helpfull here. If you got it working, please share.

Here it is at last...a tutorial on how to build a scart adaptor for the 1084s

Its in portuguese, but you can translate it on the right sidebar

Immortal, thanks so much! I've been looking for this myself, not sure how I didn't find your thread before. Anyway I would be happy to translate the instructions to English too if you want me to.

I think it's worth mentioning, that you are using Csync here. Not all consoles are ready for CSync and some might need to be modified to do so. Others might have shitty cables not wired with Csync and you need to modify the cables or get new ones.

In the worst case, you can use a sync stripper circuitry to get Csync out of Composite video. Here's some reading about this:

You can even make your own, instructions in the link.

Read the rest of this brilliant page to know if your consoles support CSync and if they need modification to do so or if you need a sync stripper.
