Good news. Your game can be continued. This bribe must be carried out prior to any code attempts to initialize and learn the one to use.

S4 savestate:
Cash is already on hand.
Go straight down and hand the still guard money.
He gives you a number and also audibly speaks.
Go back up to IV control and look up, enter code from number guard gave you.

I've completed it. All that remains is to put code in for all reactors. This opens three doors at jeep. Don't forget to refill gas can before heading to jeep. Use transporter ( umbrella shaped ) to make it to other side of brick wall.

Last Soldier longplay now finished and uploaded... (also finished Miki)

Now for the next game...

For some time ago, s2325 suggested me another Polish game that you are might also be interested to play. The Game is Gate 2 Freedom. I've taken a quick look, and I must say, this seems to be quite good and interesting game with puzzles similar to the ones in Last Soldier.

As i said, I have not played much yet, so don't really know much about it. I am guessing there is just one big level in this one too. Anyway, I think we can beat this one even if it is in a foreign language. So what about a map to start with?

Thanks for longplays of Miki and Last Soldier. Early title was Bronek Komandos (Bronius the Commando) but it was rejected by publisher.

Thanks!

I started playing Forest Dumb and noticed that there are more levels. Every second level seems to be castle level. So I think there are 10 levels in the game and not only 5. You only get a password every second level, so guess there is no way to rip the maps of the castle levels?

Not only that. I can't exit the first castle level even if enough coins is collected. Dunno if this is a bad cracked version or if i have to do something more to exit the level.

I think i have skip this game until i know. It's not very good anyway.

Screenshot from first castle level with exit open:

Ok, found the problem why I could not exit the level. There is at least two doors on that level. Using another one took me to next level

Still very hard without gamemaps.

Really? That would be very kind of you. You can get them one by one...

Heres the first one out of five: http://www.hipooniosamigasite.org/fi...b_Castle_1.zip

Thanks for being so helpful

That was quick!

Also nice you are adding them to HOL. I see that you even adding them in right order. First castle level after level one

You will get the savestates for the remaining levels as soon as I have played more. Maybe I should send them to you in PM instead?

Np mate. Will also record the sequel (Forest Dumb Forever) as soon Joe Maroni have created gamemaps of all levels. Which he has said he will do

Yeah, you need a lot of patience for this game. The Forever version on the another hand seems to be much easier. Less levels and you start with 10 lives.

These flip screen games don't make for nice maps so screenshots for all the levels are uploaded instead. There are 5 or 6 screens either side of start in order.
http://hol.abime.net/2702/screenshot

(some stuff learned)
joystick down
1st word - pick up
2nd word - use
3rd word - put down
PC keyboard
Page Down - info on item carried
Delete - info on what you're looking at

Most of the text is English. Not very hard but plodding since only one item can be carried at a time.

Yes. When the game starts only level one is available. Double barrel screenshot shows this. When the game is won any level can be chosen. Speaking of DBS, that guy will never make jump that way. He must first construct a teeter totter to lift himself to the skull ledge.

So you also played this game to the end. Good work i must say!

Thanks for all screenshots and info. Now I know at least how many levels there are, and how big the game is.

I'll start playing this game as soon I have finished the game I am working on now.

Is it just me, or did you have problems to make this jump too? I can do it about 1 of 100 times.
