Software Hut now also has new 4mb and 16mb custom GVP proprietary simms in stock.

Also available is the 030 Typhoon Boards for all A1200 models both with scsi interface and without which take a normal 72 pin simm.

Finally a new batch of Spectrum Graphichic boards will be available within the next week

If the interest is still high we hope to continue to provide new products for the classic Amiga Computers in the future.

This is very old news. SoftHut announced them over a year ago.

I see they are still offering counterfeit games

I posted it yesterday because we very quickly ran out of all accelerators last summer and have not had them for a while. As for the Spectrums we never had them and thus are finally getting our first batch of these graphic boards.
One thing everyone has to remember is that we can not survive and feed our families on just Amiga sales. GVP and many other Amiga companies (manufacturers and resellers) unfortunately have to do other projects to make a living. When possible we try to make available products people really want. It is very disheartening to see some of the posts one of which is that we pirate Amiga games. I sold off most of our software to closeout companies long ago. I haven't even sold an Amiga game in over 3 months and have very few left.

I told you just after you bought them (in 1999/2000) that they were pirate copies from Alive Mediasoft (I think they were sold through an intermediary, Computer City in the netherlands) but you kept them listed on your website for over 10 years.

There are a lot of things listed on my web site that we do not have if you dig through the online catalog. One time I spent 3 days and over 30 man hours updating the site, sent out a mailer and received only 2 orders. I don't have the time to do it so just keep the current products that are selling on the homepage of the site.
I only brought in a few copies, which I thought were from GTI in Germany actually, and yes you are right I haven't sold a copy of it or had anyone ask about it in over 10 years.

@SoftwarehutJoe

Did GVP ever produce any gfx-stuff for the A1200? If so, how "difficult" would it be for them to re-produce it?

GVP Products Shipping

We have received in the 2000 060, 4000 060 and Typhoon 1230 boards. These boards take normal 72 pin ram. We also received from GVP more of the 64 pin prorietary 4mb and 16mb simms for their older boards. All backorders have been filled. We have a only a handful of all boards remaining.

We should receive the first batch of Spectrum Graphic cards early next week and will begin filling those backorders.

Good to see Joe posting here. I have never had a problem buying from softhut, I just email Joe before I order and let him know what I want and ask for a postage quote. He replies back and asks me to fill out an online order form with the items he does have and the price agreed upon + shipping.

Like he said, he doesn't have the time for it. I imagine he has old stock that would need to be inventoried and compared against the current website. Sounds easy enough? But if he is only making a couple of sales a month on average its not very logical.

Be glad he is still there as a resource to the community rather than on ebay selling everything he has to the highest bidder and then gone forever.
