Pause emu and move frame by frame?

Is it possible in WinUAE pause the emulation (Pause key works) and then move frame by frame to catch sudden gfx glitches and make a screenshot? In other words, when paused is it possible to move forward step by step?

If not...
you could always make a video/record the game inquestion
and extract/save a frame that shows the glitch ?

Input panel "Single step" does it.

Great!
Was already assigned to Ctrl+Pause key combo on my keyboard (handy! Checked with Test button) but doesn't seem to work in-game (testing with Beast 1). If I remap it as a single key it does work...
Am I doing something wrong with key combos?

EDIT:
in other words the problem is that Ctrl+Pause with Test button does get correctly detected by WinUAE's GUI, but when in-game Ctrl+Pause (assigned to Single step) is not detected
