Problem restarting after quit

Since several versions of WinUAE I have this problem:

Shutting down WinUAE (quit) and restarting it causes full screen display to be shrinked to only the top quarter of the screen (very low resolution on the Amiga side on the selected Windows resolution full screen)

The only way to get the real full screen back is restarting windows (memory problem?)

[Windows XP]

any help apreciated

Seems to be display driver problem..

Display card and driver? Same with or without filters? (mainly D3D or OGL) Does ticking "Don't use RGB overlays" in misc-panel fix it?

Display driver version?

You can use http://www.driverheaven.net/patje/ to install latest ATI Catalyst drivers if your laptop manufacturer only have old mobility drivers available for download.
