Are Crawfish dead or what?

Does anyone know if Crawfish are dead or not? Last time I visited their page it was completely dead but now....

http://www.crawfish.co.uk/

I hope we get to see those Bitmap Bros GBA conversions after all!

They closed at the end of last year. Unless another company has picked up Wings and Gods, they won't be released on the GBA...

Wings has already been released for GBA. (Well the rom is available)

I read somewhere that all the development people from crawfish got snapped up by another company.

Yeah I remember that they closed and their site completely disappeared, but now his new in development site has appeared.

Must just be the same name huh?

Shame

That bit at the bottom is rather wierd! "Teen sex, blah blah" interspersed with some text about the free interative fiction adventure Christminster! (a very good game btw)

Bizzarre or not, I can't believe the real Crawfish would put that on their site, or even a company that may have aquired them. Looks like domain hijacking to me.

Weird indeed.

But good marketing for Christminster, as I thought it was an excellent text adventure too. One of the few I deemed interesting enough to try and solve the puzzles by myself.

That codebreaking one got me - I solved it by starting to look at what was single letters and which ones were capitals etc. Took me ages, then I later found out you could get some kind of code book! Doh!
