Sorry but this is practically impossible to debug, too many patches. Need to reduce number of patches and commands in startup-sequence (and other places) until something changes.

It appears to be memory corruption or similar (not enough free memory) because before it crashes, bsdsocket.library gets large amount of expunge ("please, remove yourself from memory if possible") requests.
