JIT won't activate 2.8.0

Feel free to delete the post.

If you boot JIT OFF, and then turn it ON, it won't activate. Need to change processor + JIT ON for it to activate. So for example boot 040 JIT OFF -> change to 060 JIT ON and it works. Or boot 060 JIT OFF -> change to 040 JIT ON and it works.

I was worried first that JIT was now 10X slower

Looks like it got unreliable in 280b17. It works sometimes only..
