Seems your version of Google is incomplete
Look here:

Yep - maybe I misled you slightly, I had found the same links but there is no indication anywhere of a physical product. There seems to be an increase in using Blitz at the moment and additional info to help programming would be useful. It would be good to find a copy or a pdf version.

Its an old book so its not unusual that there aren't any evidences of physical shape.
As there doesn't seem to be a pdf version of this book maybe a good start for a search would be stores which sell old books. Maybe they still have it lying around somewhere or probably a member of this forum hast this book at home.

Try the publishers. I doubt you will have any luck though. There is no market to re-release this book.

I've read quite a lot of the old Blitz mailing list, and there was a bloke there who said he was trying to write a book. But I can't recall ever seeing any mention of it being published.
