The Agony intro rocks. The Apydia ending credits were incredible (Huelsbeck doesn't go cheap :P), The Xenon 2 intro was really good, Blood Money in-game music was awesome and the Project X intro was great. And people say that shoot 'em ups don't need good tunes :] (I might throw in the ending sequence music from Thunderforce V on PSX, awesome).
Oh and Pinball Dreams/Fantasies had some killer tunes as well, but people often don't see them like proper games with good music. The tunes of the Nightmare + Stones 'n Bones tables are very good.
I also fondly remember the ending theme of The Killing Game Show and that psychomaniacal cancer of sounds that was the intro of Top Banana.

Fire n Ice Intro music is awesome.
Most of Chris Huelsbecks stuff is good. (R-Type starts well but gets boring too quickly).
Jeroen Tel (Maniacs of Noise)
Tip (Robert Ling, Maniacs of Noise)
Mantronix (Martin Wall, Maniacs of Noise, Razor 1911, Fairlight, Phenomena)

Never really rated Allister Brimble a whole lot, thought his music was rather perfunctory and plodding.

Romeo Knight (RSI, TRSI) even Cream of the Earth still sounds good today.
Martin Iveson (Nuke, + lots of other names!)
AudioMonster (Raphel Gesqua) His Nebulous tune is awesome and just goes on and on and on.

Lots of 4-Mat (Mathew Simmonds) stuff is also good. Some of his earlier tunes were formulaic, but, he was one of the first to pioneer the chip tune sound in Protracker. The Lost Chords, Phantasmagoria, even the chip tune used by Skid Row for Lemmings cracktro. All good shit.

Theres plenty others, and I find it incredible that Amiga 4 channel music still sounds good today, this is probably more a testament to the skills of the musicians than just the Amiga alone.

Battle Squadron (Title)
Borobodur (Title)
B.A.T
Dojo Dan (Various)
Extase (Various)
Final Fight (Title)
Hired Gun (Title & Character Selection)
LED Storm (Title - But still think speccy version sounds better)
Leander (Intro & Title)
Monkey Island 1&2 (Various)
Nicky Boum (Level 1 - You'll have to load it up to check if i'm )
Shadow of the Beast Trilogy (Various)
The Settlers (In-Game)
The First Samurai (Intro )
Wing Commander (Barracks)
Wrath of the Demon (Intro)

Best crack intro tune - Paradox (Bubba 'n' Stix) Makes a good ringtone on the moby

The first Amiga I came across was an A1000, and if I recall it was playing some demo music with samples of Star Trek/Captain Kirk, it was of course, amazing. It could talk too! I remember it being shockingly expensive, a real dream machine. I guess thats why when the A500 came out and could do the same things I was hooked.

Have to say that there are some absolute classics in this thread that I'd forgotten about - will be loading a few of these up later!

Two more that I didn't see mentioned (and imho are worth a listen):

1. The title music from Simulcra (composed, if memory serves, by Jason Page).

2. The music from the 'Enigma' demo by Phenomena.

The Enigma music was easy to rip and has been remixed a few times and can be found in at least three variations at AmigaRemix.com.
However, I never did manage to rip the Simulcra music and I've never heard of any remixes.

The music in [ Show youtube player ] is probably my favourite piece of Amiga music ever.
The part at 1:36 just gives me goosebumps.

Lots of superb game tunes have already been mentioned, so I won't go there.
But a few demoscene tunes:
- From Captain (http://amp.dascene.net/detail.php?de...dules&view=929)
Space Debris and Beyond Music. Simply b-r-i-l-l-i-a-n-t !
- From Jogeir Liljedahl (http://amp.dascene.net/detail.php?de...ules&view=3806)
so many, but to mention few gems: Signia, Mixified, Face Another Day 2...
- Dizzy (http://amp.dascene.net/detail.php?de...ules&view=1845) many songs too,
but lets pick Towards and Back especially.

Well I could pick those masterpieces all night long, but lets just for example mention
the following composers as well:
- Bruno
- Groo
- Heatbeat
- Lizardking
- Mantronix/Tip/Firefox either separately or co-op tunes
- Virgill
...and the list goes on and on....
