Question AmigaGuide

I have AmigaGuide.library 40.4 and No AmigaGuide replacement/viewer accepts/recognizes it? Why?
There's an older Version of this library (34?) that IS accepted...
Is the 40.4 Version only compatible with AmigaGuide datatype?

What do you mean? What replacement/viewer doesn't work? Guideance should work for example.

@Crazy C

I would question the state of your Workbench installation, since you were also missing iffparse.library that should be a standard, core part of the OS. It sounds like you have some sort of modified installation that's had some parts stripped or downgraded. I'll have to check, but I'm not fully sure that amigaguide.library is actually needed for AmigaGuide viewers. It's mainly used by applications wishing to hotlink into an AmigaGuide document as a means of adding help to an application.
