DirOpus 4.16 Filetypes

I think I'm having a mental breakdown . I'm trying to setup up Diropus to unzip zip files. I had a look at the guide and it's really not clear how to do this. The 4.16 config already has filetypes for Lha but when I try to create a new filetype I get a blank requester type window asking to select a class. At this point there is nothing to select.

Could anyone run methrough the process? I'd like to then add other filetypes (e.g. mods).

There is a missing file in some Dopus4 archives, without this you can't create new filetypes.
