myself, i prefer a compact computer like the 1200, i choose then the amiga fantasy

Perhaps it could give an idea to aeon ???? a less expensive amigaone 500 in a good fashion old case

I voted for the tower case because the X500 is not meant to be retro hardware. A common case might end up cheaper than a special "trimmed down" version.

towers are boring.... might as well use a card board box since they both have the same style.

I would vote for a skip or the back of a bin wagon if only there was a choice, as you can see, I don't have the time or inclination to play around with another PC which after all that is basically what it is and expensive at that!
