On PC there is a lot of software Portable and Stand-alone, and much more software after installing it can be made portable or stand-alone.

The ISO can not contain audio tracks

I have used ImgBurn ISOs for several years, mostly for MP3s only. Raw computer data is the same, in modern days.

What are you afraid of? Just follow the instructions AND read everything in the installer window carefully. I know a lot of them try to install toolbars and other junk that you don't need, and they would succeed if you simply let it proceed without checking first, but just be wary of such things and you can bypass all of that potential malware crap.

I was not just talking about audio tracks but mixed Data + Audio CDs, the ISO format can only contain data or just audio. For example, a standard ISO can not handle the contents a CD32 game with audio tracks.

Sounds like you want to have you cake and eat it, then complain about the cake, then order some more of the same cake

EDIT: Oooh a long lost memory just returned - Not sure if this still works but back in the Windows '95 days if you held down 'Shift' whilst the CD was inserted it prevented autoplay
