  • Monkey Island (Men of Low Moral Fiber's rat in the town)
  • Monkey Island 2 (the rat you have to capture)
  • Rick Dangerous II (well not 100% nor true, but I reckon those are some sort of mechanical mice going back and forth on some floors of the last level)
  • Apidya (sewer level, corpse from where three worm bosses appear. And you can visit its gastrointestinal organs)
  • Hired Guns (some of the enemies)

There are quite a few rats hanging around in the Dizzy games, of course they are really harmful to eggs

Galactic Warrior Rats was the first game that came to mind when I read the title. I like that game.

Total Chaos AGA has only 3 poisonous creatures. The Giant Rat is the most useful one you are likely to come across. It is instrumental in destroying powerful Dragon Nests, Aviaries and so forth.

There are 2 Giant Rats pictured in the double barrel screenshot in the spellbook on the far right, 4th and 6th spells from the top are Giant Rats.
