That makes sense:

AGILE-3D.DMS P 461978 05-04-91 3-D Football by Prism
Note that TOSEC has an uncracked version of this disk (SR) whose origin is unknown to me ...

Arcade Pool - Paradox

Arcade Pool (1994)(Team 17)(OCS-AGA)[cr PDX] - I can only run it on AGA configs in WinUAE despite TOSEC saying OCS-AGA, so Bad Crack?

The Delirium crack won’t work on my A500. It gurus as soon as I press the left mouse on the crack screen.

Broken disk image I suppose. If data is not corrupted, the DLM release works fine on the A500.

It has the same "illness" as Alien Breed 2 AGA by Fairlight, the cracker got it wrong on the data size and reorganization.

I performed a check, the OCS version can't be run, because data part is missing on the disk, since on a regular amiga disk, you can't have more than $DC000 in length, when the decoded data is $E0000 on the original RNPDOS.

Delirium version loads on A500 config in WinUAE so yes, Paradox version is a corrupted image like StingRay / Denis says!

ok, I hope no-one minds me mentioning this on here, but i've just discovered a couple of disks that don't appear to be cracked..

They are:-
Jewels of Darkness (Level 9 Computing, published by Firebird/Rainbird)
Time and Magik (As above)

Always was a fan of text adventures & I fired these two up recently (All versions I could find) & manual protection is in full effect.

It doesn't appear until you try to load a saved game - Type 'save' to save your position and then 'restore' to eh.. restore it. You then get presented with the manual protection..

you mean "Time and Magik" right? (http://hol.abime.net/1402)

both games have IPF releases, and could easily be cracked through a whdload install I think. Time and Magik already has a whdload install, protection is probably removed. The other hasn't.

Hi jotd,

Sorry, yes it's Time and Magik (The Price of Magik is one of the adventures on the disk)

Unfortuntely the WHD installs for both disks fail to remove the protection - Already tried that

Ignore my previous posts, i've figured out how to bypass the manual protection myself.
I'll pop them into the zone when done, if anyone's interested.

Bangboo has a crack but the game seems to hang after you complete the level Preftech (Level 24).

I have tried the Bangboo (1995)(Millennium)[h PDY][t +1 PDY]

These are the same Bangboo (1995)(Millennium)[h PDY] and Gamebase version now.

You can bypass these with level codes that on Hall of Light

Dream Web

I've often wondered about Dream Web.
Is it just me or is the final act impossible to complete on cracked versions?

The pc floppy version of this game is a 100% cracked version. I don't know what version of this game you are playing, but the Amiga version of ECS and AGA has a manual check.
You cannot finish this game without the manual. The game was released by PRESTIGE and it said in the NFO file that the game is not protected.
So 100% the PRESTIGE version is the original version of this game, only it has CRACKTRO. We needed a savegame, where the manual has to be used.
Both for the ECS and AGA versions of this game.

Dream Web

It was probably the AGA version.

I can't remember, maybe I ignored it.

Before seeing the ending, there is one last thing the player has to do. I tried many times and failed every time. I watched the ending on YouTube and could not understand why I could not finish the game myself.

Check this NFO:

http://freck.pp.ru/nfo/485.html

You don't need to provide any LOGON or PASSWORD. You can type anything.

Here is a walkthrough based on the cracked version of the game.

https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/pc/564...mweb/faqs/2053

The PC version has a patched executable, so also the Amiga version would need a patched executable.

I'm using ADF files on a Gotek. It runs fine on WinUAE with an A500 config but not on my real hardware. Guru instantly as soon as I click the left mousebutton after the crack screen. Strange issue I think.
