Hi there,
Had a similar problem with one of my '030 trapdoor cards in one of my A1200 machines. What I found was when I pushed the card all the way in till it was seated I had similar problems when it warmed up.

When I pulled it out slightly by a couple of millmetres it fixed the problem. Machine ran perfect! Worked out it must be the pins don't contact properly when seated all the way.

Give it a try and see if it makes a difference.
