insert into A1200

click on the install...

when it asks for the Workbench Disk For validation, yam it in the floppy drive.

sit back and wait a few secs, and then watch Classic Workbench install

its as easy as that... OH you will have to select the hard disk... which may mean you have to prepare it...

if this is the case. stick in the Workbench disk first and boot. from this use the program in TOOLS called HDTOOLSBOX. it will scan the computer for hard disks. it should find it.... if not you may have an unsupported device. you may be able to set this up under winuae on the PC and then port the lot over to your Amiga.

Zetro you make it sound that easy.I was having difficulties with get the system.zip file which i eventually made after using clantoa's but all is well now and it takes a bloody long time installing classic lite which i am installing on a cd32+sx-1 and the aga version needs slighly higher spec amiga like the a1200. I have a full mediator setup which i have had lying around and fancy rebuilding i have been away from the amiga's for a few years now and getting back in to them seems hard at first but then the old memory starts flooding back
I have been waiting for OS4.0 for blizzrd ppc setups and now i am getting the swing of things i will be back to spending money on the amiga again as i have always loved them

If Electroblaster is still poping in and out of abime.net hi m8 long time no chat

It was meant as a joke, that pic actually shows you how an Aga works... glad you all got it.
