I'm not sure there is a manual--at least for the GVP 4060. To my knowledge, all any original buyers of the card got was a card schematic print out and (possibly?) a page with some incomplete jumper settings on it; e.g. JP10 and JP3 are on the board, but were omitted from the jumper info I found. Here's an example of what one GVP 4060 buyer got with his card:

There is a proper manual for the TekMagic 2060 and the QuikPak A4000T-040/060.

The A4000-060-040 XP (Revs. 1, 2) has a little bit more info for it than the sketchy jumper settings for the GVP 4060, but it's still not a proper manual.

Granted, there are some similarities between all the non-A2000 boards, but I don't think it's safe to make assumptions about the jumper settings between the three models.

I just bought a GVP 4060 this morning from eBay that the seller said doesn't boot to AmigaOS; I'll be giving it my best shot as to what the problem is.

I've been waiting a long time to get my hands on one of these cards--it's been almost 22 years ago that I got my original 4060 card.
