What an adventure!

I fired up my Amiga 1200 just now after a few years of inactivity and found a few probs, like the HDD would not boot!! So I took the cover off and wiggled the IDE cable until it worked Then the keyboard would not let me use the QWERTYUIOP keys, so I pulled out the ribbon cable and reseated it until those keys worked.

Once the old gal was fully functional I loaded up my trusty DiskMaster 2 and made an LZX archive of Disk 1 and Disk 2 of Countdown to Doomsday. I've copied them over to my PC via a 720K MS-DOS floppy now all I need is a place to upload them too? Any ideas?

You can upload them to the EAB file server

Thanks, just uploaded both files to the server.

Created a folder called 'BarryB' and copied these 2 files inside:

BUCKCTD1.LZX
BUCKCTD2.LZX

Hope the OP finds them useful

Yip, I played this game twice through right through to completion and have 2 saved games to import into BRII (which wasn't made OR was made but too late for me to still be interested in continuing)

If memory serves me right I own at least 2 complete original copies of this great game!

I think I managed to finish it but never got round to playing Matrix Cubed, which I think was BRII but came out in DOS format on the PC. When I eventually got a PC I think Wolfenstein 3D took all my time

Yes I acquired the matrix cubed but I moved on to 360 Japanese RPGs and the Mass Effects of the world! LOL
