Will there also be an archive created that only containes the updated files or is it that "only" the whole TOSEC release has to be downloaded?

From your FTP'm downloading all the games but adf folder #
I can not find the following files (tested with DAT and romulus):

Unfortunately i've a slow connection and so i can't download from pleasurdome (i can't upload more than 10 kb/s) so i wonder if somebody can upload some of these tosec set:
