Same here, I left school in 1994. I remember going do to an electronics store (only place to get Amiga games, after my dads shop closed down) on my way home from school. I had pre-ordered AlienBreed Special Edition with my pocket money, .
I still practice this today. Nothing like browsing in shops etc etc. I will even pay more if it means I can get something I want there and then. I hate Internet shopping.
