Is it normal that when HOL is gone also eab have some little loading problems ?

Yes. The page tells your browser to load some elements from HOL and the browser waits for the elements to arrive (until it times out and the browser gives up).

For instance, the console for my browser shows the following:

HOL works again !

We are working hard to migrate HOL on new server, when done it will stabilize all those problems
