Amtari v3.1 seems to for better then others.
Few things that are needed for Amtari is that you need to boot into PAL mode AND have an 2nd external disk drive attached.
The emulator booted few games (not really playable and run some apps on my A600.
You may also try the EmuTOS (not an emulator, so some clean written TOS programs should work), but only runs in HI res BW and in interlace mode. Works on A1000 as a replacement kickstart or softkicked on other Amiga models.
