The CD32 riser availability in the UK/Europe is annoying the crap out of me... I have cash, does no one want it?

Haven't heard anyone say they are making Kipper risers here in the uk yet I'm afraid. As for mine, I don't intend on building the FB-32 for others, but I will be selling full kits on the 'bays so others can and of course the project will be open sourced so you can order everything yourself if you want. Patience is the key, they will be become available in the coming months I'm sure |

I have too many boxes full of antistatic bags containing components, looking forward to being able to start emptying them! |

@bprepared lol I know what you mean - the rs 44 pin cpld's are hilariously packed like booty bags from the 1980's. If you have any spare switches fella I'd take some off you.

Hmmmm,
Must be me. I love soldering millions of pins, . They should be priced at between £15 - £25. |

@solidcore, I'm sure I can add a few more to the order, FYI they are about £1 ea, so just let me know how many you want. They do a straight mount version if you prefer, I just want mine to sit on the edge of the board 'out of the way' but as close as practical to the TF jumper so as to keep signal attenuation as low as possible |

£25-30 is a good price or 2hrs labour@~£10ph + parts + P&P + VAT...
Really after RGB & PS2 keyboard connectors though... Price too low? blame Canada! |

Wasn't sure on material costs... yeah that is too low, even I wouldn't work that... £35-40 + P&P seem fairer?
Not trying persuade you to do it, just trying to see what people think is fair in the hope someone will want the job |

I don't calculate labour time in any of the things I do (that's what my day job is for), otherwise the result would be way too expensive even at minimum wage. Consider that people are complaining about the current prices I charge since I get a $6 markup on the riser.
For example, it takes me a little over 2 hours to build a TF530 (this includes building a socket out of pinstrips), and maybe a little less than two hours for the TF328. Riser pin soldering takes about 20 minutes. |

Only reason I have a riser is because I jumped the gun and bought one 3 years ago :P I try to be an early adopter of things like this, to support the devs. |

@alenppc indeed but @amigadude seemed perplexed that nobody wanted his money.
