I bought a ps/2 mouse adapter for my amiga. Looks like a Cocolino but it might be a clone.

Just picked up this NEC Multisync 19' LCD for my retro machines.
It works with the 128 80 Column mode obviously, but I need to find a simple program to display all the colors before I can sell off my 1902. It's been so long since I played around in 80 Column mode I forgot all my skills. Embarassed It also looks beautiful with my Amiga hooked up to it too. 15Khz joy, and NO ADAPTERS except the dumb Commodore to VGA cable. |

Commodore 1084s monitor (don't know what sort. 1084S-D1?) for my A1200.
Also, an RGB cable for it (not pictured). The prongs to pins 2, 6, 8, and 9 are missing. I feared that it could damage monitor if I plug this in. But according to a diagram someone posted here, the cable should be fine to plug in. |

What games will you play with it?
I should look into used ones... even middle range ones are bit too expensive for casual gamer. |

There's the THRUSTMASTER T.Flight Hotas X if you're looking for a new and reasonably priced good flight stick as well.
I guess my flight stick will be used for all of the IL-2 flight sims that are around most of the times, but I'll play some space sims with it as well (X-Series, Freespace 2 with some mods/total conversions). I'm also interested in Star Citizen, but I'd need to buy a new computer first to play it. No Elite: Dangerous for me since I can be pretty resentful when a publisher is trying to play some backers of their kickstarter project for a sucker. |

Another new toy!!!
Dell UltraSharp 2001FP 20.1" LCD Monitor As you can see it does a decent job with the Amiga KS resolution. It's a little finicky about properly syncing if it is already on when you plug something in. I need to hook up a VGA switch box and see how it tolerates being switched at that level. It also includes a DVI-D so it should be Vampire ready as soon Majsta get his lightpicker assembly going. The really cool part is the S-Video for input for the Commodore 8 Bit and video signals. It's not very fond of the native 128's VDC input. It works, but I only get the 8 colors with no "I" from the RBG-I, and I have to manually adjust the picture every time I switch inputs. The NEC handled it better. So as soon as I can get my DAC for the 128... I'm probably going to make the NEC my 80 Column 128 display, and the FP handle 40 Column and Amiga. A little counter intuitive... but still cool. AND I can send my bubble but 1902 on to a better home. Last edited by Ratteler; 19 July 2016 at 09:26. |

OS 4.1 to use in Winuae. Brexit has been the best thing to happen for Aussies to buy stuff from the UK. We could probably buy the whole kingdom now in dollars.

Picked up a joblot of Amiga hardware yesterday 1x Amiga A600 3x Amiga A500
Untested, unclean and one was in bits! Cleaned them up, resocketed the chips, repaired the taken apart Amiga and done a good test! Result : Sold 2x Amiga 500's and 1x Amiga 600. Kept one Amiga 500 for myself and used a working Floppy drive for my original Amiga 600 I already have |

Build what i call Amiga 1200 Extreme modding project
This is the article with the step by step mod. http://arananet-net.kinja.com/amiga-...ing-1784215993 These are two video examples of the working A1200. [ Show youtube player ] [ Show youtube player ] These are some images of the current project. I made this because I only have a motherboard of a A1200, already have a original 1200 complete system, so this was a mod that I always try to build. The interesting part of this mod is basically the mechanical keyboard build onto a NOS case. Also this keyboard has some awesome backlight effects that you can see on the videos. On the article described before, there is a link to translate the text to english (using google translator). Hope you find this interesting. |
