...been trying to get this to fit onto one disk.
Got it down from 1.5MB to 1MB but can't crunch any further Not to worry, for emulator users I've now created a .HDF that: a) Is self booting. b) Has the latest patch applied. c) Displays the "Turtleminator.readme" file via PPMore. d) Loads the game. You can grab the .HDF from the EAB File Server under the directory "~Uploads/DamienD/HDFs" |

Nice!
Just found out that The Turtleminator has even a build in level editor. From the documentation: Quote:
Turtleminator is in HOL now. Will try to find time to add the others next week. |

Just sent him a mail.
Another game of Alastair is now in HOL - Kill Em All! This great Alien 3 clone even supports two players simultaneously! (see screenshot #75) I think you can make this game fit on one 1 disk. There is actually one already one on the EAB FTP Server. But it is not bootable. I never got the Aminet release working for some reason. |

When first looking at the files / folders contained within "KillEmAll.lha" it would seem that it should fit on one disk if the main file is crunched
...but unfortunately it's already crunched so. Tried numerous tricks, decrunching / recrunching and finally got it to fit (2K left) but get an error when starting. It will have to be another small .HDF for this I'm afraid |

Kill Em All
Heya guys,
I've now created a .HDF for "Kill Em All" that: a) Is self booting. d) Displays the "KillEmAll.ReadMe" file via PPMore. d) Loads the game. You can grab the .HDF from the EAB File Server under the directory "~Uploads/DamienD/HDFs" |

The Turleminator:
...not that I would try to create new levels but a cheat mode / trainer could be handy... Kill Em All: What about extra levels as mentioned in the "KillEmAll.ReadMe" file or are they already included in the Aminet archive? |
